1. Definitions

3.3 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

While ajo86 operates under international licensing, You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in Your country and region of residence. 3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds. This restriction includes Accounts created using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices but belonging to the same individual.

3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions

4. Account Registration

Verification is typically required before Your first withdrawal and may be requested periodically thereafter. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.3 Account Security

• Never share Your password with any third party
• Immediately notify ajo86 if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account

ajo86 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access due to Your failure to maintain password security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Deposits are typically credited to Your Account instantly. ajo86 does not charge deposit fees, though Your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You confirm that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and belong to You. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using payment methods registered to another person is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of Your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50.000.000 (higher limits available for VIP members)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your name
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before first withdrawal
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings

Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes during operational hours (24/7 for most methods). Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. ajo86 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time to 72 hours.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning You must wager the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus amount) a specified number of times before withdrawing winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each bonus's terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 1x to 30x.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

7. Gameplay Rules

7.2 Bet Acceptance

7.3 Void Bets and Refunds

In the event of a voided bet due to technical error, canceled sporting event, or other extraordinary circumstances, Your stake will be refunded to Your Account balance. ajo86 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from voided bets.

7.4 Disconnections

If Your connection to the Platform is lost during gameplay, any active game round will continue according to the game's rules. You can check the outcome by reviewing Your game history once reconnected. ajo86 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnections or device malfunctions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ajo86 platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple Accounts or strategic betting patterns
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, identity theft, or providing false information
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting discrepancies in odds across different platforms
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Platform software
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or process illegally obtained funds
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to use Your Account

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ajo86 provides the Platform and Games "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• ajo86 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• ajo86 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform.
• ajo86's total liability to You for any claims shall not exceed the amount deposited into Your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
• ajo86 is not responsible for losses resulting from Your failure to secure Your Account credentials, unauthorized third-party access, or Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that ajo86 cannot guarantee winnings or successful outcomes.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance will be paid out to You following standard withdrawal procedures, provided all wagering requirements are met and no prohibited activities are detected.

10.2 Termination by ajo86

ajo86 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Extended periods of Account inactivity

In the event of Account termination for cause, ajo86 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding Account balance pending investigation. If termination is determined to be justified, funds may be forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

ajo86 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is Your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ajo86 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or Your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ajo86.
